Tsung-Liang Chang was named General Manager of Taiwan China Steel Cooperation in Changzuo from 2014 to 2017. In this role, Tsung-Liang Chang had executive responsibility for all production of steel, titanium base alloy and nickel base alloy facility activities, as well as the company’s sales and operation planning, corporate quality. He also had executive responsibility for the projects of new materials development, energy efficiency and carbon dioxide reduction.
