Apparatus for Mitigation Climate Change

Apparatus

  APPARATUS

Where Our Apparatus Converts Large Amounts of CO2 to

Our apparatus consists of two Phases.
One is Apparatus for Dissolving Gas into Bicarbonate Liquid.
The other is Continuous Outside Circulating Apparatus for Collecting Algae.

What is the best way to capture and utilize carbon dioxide?

The best way to capture CO2 is at industrial source.

In the first phase, the apparatus dissolves any concentration of carbon dioxide and directly captures large amounts of carbon dioxide from the stacks. In the second phase, continuous outside circulating apparatus for collecting algae keeps high density in exponential growth phase. In each phase, carbon dioxide can be reduced from source primarily through photosynthesis of algae and then enters hydrosphere, pedosphere and biosphere of the Earth.

Why is it an important auxiliary equipment?

The type of technology can be used for a wet scrubber for air pollution control, such as heavy metals or heterocyclic compounds. The spray tower can be very effective in eliminating particulate matter 10 μm and 2.5 μm up to 95%. Then, the carbon dioxide without air pollutants can be used for algae in the second phase.

How much CO2 emission does one apparatus capture a year?

The CO2 capture capacity of one apparatus is 100,000 tons per year. The capturing capacity can be further extended depending on customers’ demands and requests.

How does the apparatus capture CO2 emission?

Carbon dioxide is washed under reflux with sodium hydroxide whose concentration is decreased in three alkaline washing towers. Next, large amounts of carbon dioxide are dissolved and form [HCO3-] of sodium hydrogen carbonate sustainably. Our automatic apparatus has the most efficient carbon dioxide capture.

AI Photobioreactor and Continuous Outside Circulating Apparatus for Collecting Algae enhance the photosynthetic efficiency and algae growth. The net CO2 fixation of our apparatus is at 99%.

How much carbon dioxide does one hectare of algae in our apparatus absorb?

According to the growth rate per day during the exponential phase (1.0g / day/ L), it is estimated that 1 liter of water of algae consumes 2g CO2 / day. Thus, 1 hectare of algae shall be able to capture CO2 20 tons / day. We develop the land of salt flat in order to cut the demands of agricultural land.

How many times can aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate be reused?

By adjusting pH level automatically, the aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate can be reused continuously to save water consumption. Moreover, seawater can be used to cut demands on freshwater. The use of seawater in the cultivation of algae significantly reduces water footprint and enhances the carbon fixation.

How can The Air Cleanup run commercial operations faster instantly?

The modular of prefabrication can build up a great number of photobioreactors and continuous outside circulating apparatus for collecting algae rapidly. These consist of pre-made units that are assembled on-site to construct the complete apparatus.

How do our customers manage the apparatus?

The apparatus has developed a technology that uses artificial intelligence to control the remote system automatically. The factors of control include the algal status index, nutrients such as, [HCO3-] of sodium hydrogen carbonate and other nutrients required for algae. Our high efficiency apparatus can produce large amounts of algae and reduce cost for customers.

How much energy does the apparatus use?

The energy consumption ratio of the apparatus is converted to carbon footprint less than 1 %.
